These terms and conditions govern visitors' access to and use of the web site, and the supply of products ordered via the website. Summerland Wines Pty Ltd may modify or repeal these terms and conditions without prior notice. By completing the customer registration process and using the littledale.com.au service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Buyers: To buy wine via the web site, the buyer must be at least 18 years of age, be located within Australia and specify a delivery address within Australia.

Under law, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age. If buying wine as a gift, the recipient must also be at least 18 years of age.

Special offers: At any time, Summerland Wines Pty Ltd may terminate any special offer without advance notice.

Prices: Prices stated are in Australian dollars, and may be per bottle or per case, as stated. Prices include GST, unless otherwise stated. All delivery charges are extra, and not included in stated prices.

Payment: A buyer must pay for an order by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal when ordering. If the credit card issuer does not authorise the transaction, or later revokes authorisation for the transaction, Summerland Wines Pty Ltd may cancel the order.

Pricing errors: If a product inadvertently appears on the web site at the wrong price, Summerland Wines Pty Ltd may decline or cancel any orders placed at the wrong price, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If a credit card was charged for the purchase and the order is so cancelled, Summerland Wines Pty Ltd will notify the buyer and issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the wrong price.

Product availability: Summerland Wines Pty Ltd will use its best endeavours to ensure that all products ordered by you are supplied to you. All product is offered for sale on the basis of while stocks last. If a product is out of stock, Summerland Wines Pty Ltd will notify you within two days and assist you in substituting wines of at least equal quality and value; if this is not possible Summerland Wines Pty Ltd will refund your money in full.

Delivery: Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. In outlying areas, delivery will be may take a little longer. Summerland Wines Pty Ltd do not however guarantee any specific delivery date.

Please provide a Business Hours address and contact details. Otherwise, please provide special delivery instructions if no one is home. If the premises are unattended, the wine will not be left but rather the driver will leave a card and the wine will be delivered to your nearest Post Office.

Drivers will not telephone before delivery.

Returns: Where wine is to be returned, Summerland Wines Pty Ltd will collect the wine from the buyer at a mutually convenient time. Pending collection, the buyer is liable to keep the wine in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of it. Wine should be returned in the original box and packed to avoid breakage in transit back to Summerland Wines Pty Ltd.

Refunds: Any price refunds will be affected within 30 days after Summerland Wines Pty Ltd was notified of the reason, conditional upon any returned wine being returned in original saleable condition.

Product warranties: Summerland Wines Pty Ltd warrants that product supplied is of merchantable quality when delivered. Subject to applicable law, Summerland Wines Pty Ltd does not make any other warranty or representation about products on offer. In respect of any statutory warranty that Summerland Wines Pty Ltd cannot exclude, subject to applicable law, Summerland Wine Pty Ltd’s liability is limited, at its option, to the replacement or re-supply of the products or a refund of the cost of the products.

Specials and promotions: All specials, promotions, clearances, offers and discounted items advertised on the Summerland Wines Pty Ltd web site are available only while stocks last unless otherwise advertised. All terms and conditions of specials, promotions, clearances, offers and discounted items advertised on the Summerland Wines Pty Ltd web site shall apply.

Intellectual property: Material displayed on the web site is subject to copyright owned by Summerland Wines Pty Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by law. Brands and logos displayed on the web site may be the subject of registered trademarks of Summerland Wines Pty Ltd or its product suppliers and protected by law.

If so prevented for longer than a reasonable time, Summerland Wines Pty Ltd may elect to cancel the order without liability to the buyer.

Cautions: Summerland Wines Pty Ltd recommends that alcohol only be consumed in moderation. A case of wine is heavy, so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight, transfer bottles 1 or 2 at a time. Red wine in particular may cause staining if spilt.
