Allinda Winery

Established in 1990 by Al and Linda Fencaros, Allinda Winery is situated at the foothills of The Great Dividing Range at the northern-most end of the Victorian Yarra Valley. The oft-neglected sense of touch is the focal point for the Allinda winemaking style with a belief that wines should not only stimulate our sense of sight, smell and taste, but also our tactile sense - the wine should also feel pleasurable on the palate.

The Allinda winemaking philosophy is to marry a modern understanding of winemaking science to assure product quality along with traditional techniques that have proven to go beyond science in defining the character of a wine.
