Bojangles is the name of the sparkling wine range from Woodgate Wines in Western Australia. The obvious musical theme of the label came about because of the family's musical heritage which stretches back three generations and includes vocalists, guitarists, pianists, a trumpeter and a double base player.

Since the family has two passions, wine and music, it seemed natural to capture the essence and personality of sparkling wine and its connection to music and celebration.

Bojangles Sparkling 2008 Pinot Noir Rosé

Bojangles Sparkling 2008 Pinot Noir Rosé

Lifted cherry raspberry aromatics greet the nose with some yeasty bread dough nuances. The wine has a delicate, elegant crisp palate with some residual sweetness balancing the vibrant acidity (12.5 g/L sugar). This means the wine is still classified as Brut (Dry).

Having a minimum of 24 months on lees (in bottle post fermentation or Tirage ) and made according to the traditional Methode Champenoise , this wine shows background elements of yeast derived complexity whilst the fruit characters have the intensity to maintain their integrity.

Only 30 dozen at a time are disgorged to ensure the wine you buy is always fresh and at its prime.
