Box Stallion 2007 Shiraz

Deep red colour with intense berry aromas and plenty of white pepper. A rounded palate loaded with plums, mulberries, dark chocolate and toasty oak followed by a soft tannic finish.
This is the latest edition of Box Stallion's much awarded Shiraz with 6 trophies and 6 gold medals awarded to the 4 vintages.
Serve with full-bodied foods, particularly lamb shanks or roasts, kangaroo with Spanish peppercorn jus and venison.
