Lost Lake nestles in the valley of Eastbrook which is an excellent area for wine production due to the higher altitude and rich loamy/ gravel soils. Most of the work in the vineyard is done by hand including leaf plucking, fruit thinning, tucking in and pruning.

The premium labels are all hand-picked which ensures optimum quality fruit. Lost Lake wines are fine examples of the true West Australian cool climate conditions and the vineyard is developing a dominant name amongst the wineries in the Pemberton region.

Lost Lake 2007 Amici Sparkling Pinot Noir

Made in the traditional manner with hand triage, the wine is left to mature on lees for a minimum of nine months, after which it is hand disgorged. The time on lees has given the wine a lovely creamy texture with hints of bread that is well-balanced with a crisp, dry palate and citrus fruit characters. It shows a vibrant acidity and good length.
