A fine mousse and a lively stream of delicate bubbles dance together against a yellow green background.
A panel of aromas come together to form a broad bouquet; first grapefruit then quince mingle with aniseed and fennel, and evolve into richer, spicy notes of pepper, clove and cinnamon.

On the palate flavours of almond, of toast, and then notes of vanilla and of butter, combine to soften the minerality of this fine blend. The final balance is brought into perfect equilibrium by the long and complex finish.

78% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay
