Bojangles Sparkling 2008 Blanc de Noir

This wine was triaged by hand and spent 15 months on lees before riddling and disgorging. The nose shows light strawberry and raspberry aromas overlaid with honey, nougat and yeasty nuances. The palate is lively, showing generous toasty nougat and mineral flavours of good length and obvious palate richness.
