Hutton Vale 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon

The fruit for this wine is from 1990's plantings and took a while to establish in the dry years but is really coming into it's own over the last decade. A journey of winemaker styles over the time has explored the flavour parameters and has settled this particular cabernet into a style well reflective of Hutton Vale.
