Bojangles Sparkling 2008 Pinot Noir Chardonnay

This wine was made with selected parcels of hand-picked low yielding grapes. The nose is a complex array of yeasty, toasty and citrus flavours which flow through to a crisp and off-dry palate. The finish shows a wonderful length and great finesse.
