Bright gold in colour, with aromas of melons and spicy citrus. The Enclosure has butterscotch and creamy yeast with complex oak (both French and American new oak) on the palate and a long vibrant finish. The rich fruit and restrained oak make this chardonnay an elegant table wine to match with a broad range of food.
Serve with stir-fries, rice dishes and poultry.
